Check-in at the lobby
Two o'clock in the afternoon, your ryokan experience will start from the peaceful lobby. Complimentary welcome drink is served at your seat and front staff will bring your room key.
Check-in procedure will be accomplished at the lobby while you enjoy the short rest in the soothing atmosphere.
Choosing YUKATA
Yukata, light cotton kimono will be your relaxing wear during ryokan stay.
Before go to your room, you can choose your favorite yukata and sashe from a variety of designs and colors.
Our staff will help to coordinate and make sure that the yukata is the right size for you.
Into your room
After relaxing in the lobby, you will be shown to your guest room. A room maid will, with your prior consent, carry your personal luggage. At your room, welcome green tea will be served with sweets.(2:00 p.m. ～5:00 p.m.) Enjoy the delicacy of Japanese tradition.
Enjoy hot springs
Taking a bath can be one of the highlights of ryokan stay.
Relaxing in a spacious bathtub soothes away daily fatigue and stress.
If you prefer to use private family bath, make a reservation at the front desk.
At the entrance of the spa area, bath towels will be handed to you, so just bring washing towel from your room.
Relaxing salon
There is a relaxing salon called “YUAGARI DOKORO” next to the spa entrance.
Complimentary refreshments will be good for cool down. Automatic massage chairs are also available in the salon.
Relax and enjoy some quality time after bathing.
Dinner time
Enjoy our outstanding "Kaiseki" dinner course served to you by our staff while relaxing in the comfort of your room.
The maid is always attentive and aware of the pace at which the guests are dining, so that she can serve dishes at the perfect timing, in close collaboration with the kitchen staff.
Selected sake and wine lists are available.
Night is still young
There are many options you might enjoy after the dinner.
Traditional Japanese massage in your room, aroma treatment at “Kira Kira”, or Karaoke at the club and the party room.
On the weekends, we have live music concert in the lobby lounge.
Good morning
A morning bath is a luxury unique to a ryokan. Immersing yourself quietly in the open-air bath in the morning mist, your mind and body will gradually start to awaken.
By the time you came back to your room, traditional Japanese breakfast will be ready on your table.Western-style breakfasts are also available, although you should to inform your preference in advance.
Check out
Check out time is 11 o'clock but there is no need to hurry. Enjoy coffee at the lounge or browsing some souvenirs at the shop. Please take your time and relax until the hour of departure. Pick up service to the JR Ito station is available every 30 minutes from 8:30 to 12 o'clock noon.
